Let me do that one more time.

Another week of Weight Watchers come and gone. I weighed in last night, and there was no change. No gain, no loss. Just the exact same number staring back at me as the week before.
And still, I’m forging ahead. I might not win the weight loss contest my employer, but I can tell that my body is changing. Clothes fit differently, parts of my body look differently, things are just different. I should replace the word “differently” with BETTER. Everything it BETTER. So while the scale may not be my friend right now, things are happening. I need to keep celebrating those non-scale victories, and keep doing what I’m doing.
Some other successes I am focusing on:
- In January, I exercised for 1,712 minutes. That’s 28.5 hours — almost an hour per day!
- I walked/jogged/biked 82 miles in January.
- I feel good– physically and mentally.
