*cry* *sniffle* *fake tears*… and my husband and children, for providing me with blog fodder to amuse you all with. I’d like to thank my job (current and previous) for giving me even more material to work with. Last but certainly not least, I’d like to thank my fat ass for providing me with enough Weight Watchers posts to last a lifetime.

Without further adieu, here are 9 blogs that I have recently discovered. I tried to do 15, but there has to be some exclusivity to this award, right?
Here goes:
1. I Heart Mimi – Jeni is a friend of mine, so it’s cool to read the blog of someone I know in real life. She is an awesome writer, and just getting started in the blogging world. She has a quirky sense of humor and I look forward to the days she decides to grace us with a blog post. Go read her, you won’t be sorry.
2. Getting Down With Jesus – Another Iowa blogger. Another Jennifer. She has an amazing way of somehow knowing just exactly what I need to hear. I’ve never met her before, but somehow her posts are always relevant to what I’m looking for.
3. A Southern Fairytale – This choice was based on her providing me with lots of yummy recipes, especially this one, which I will be trying this weekend.
4. amalah – Not a new blogger at all, but new to me. She seems to be quite pop-u-lah around the internetz, and I can see why. One of those bloggers I’d love to have a glass of wine with and bitch about our husbands.
5. A Whole Lot of Nothing… and then some. – I love her because she likes People of Wal-Mart as much as I do.
Which brings me to my next choice for this award…
6. People of Wal-Mart – ’nuff said.
7. In The Trenches of Mommyhood – I found Sarah recently, and she got me interested in participating in the September Shred. Of course, y’all know about my foot and my recently acquired mother-effin’ BOOT… so the Shred will wait another week or two.
6. The Number 13 – I have been reading Keira’s blog(s) for quite some time. This is her new and improved blog, and this is the real her. She’s a single mother of 4 beautiful children, and she happens to be one of the strongest women I know. To read her blog, you can feel so many of her emotions, and I don’t think she has any idea how strong and courageous she is.
7. Jiggety Jigg – Again, another Jenni. Which of course I find teh awesome. She’s hilarious, and hey! The other day she even talked about poop!
8. Snarky Mommy – She blogs about real life, and that just makes her funny. Isn’t that we all strive for?
9. Miss Madison’s Charmed Life – Because she has probably the cutest baby EVAH. Well, except for mine.
